Luxury VIP Conversion: V-Class

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class by KLASSEN brings the atmosphere of a private living room to the road, providing four passengers with a shared setting for personal conversations, relaxation and business discussions throughout the journey. The light interior and face-to-face seating arrangement create a spacious, welcoming environment in which every guest has an individual place while remaining part of the shared travel experience. This concept adapts to different schedules, offering a distinguished setting for professional engagements and a secluded retreat where passengers can unwind between destinations and enjoy the time they spend travelling.

Cabin Layout and Seating Arrangement

The passenger compartment accommodates four people in individual seats arranged in two facing pairs. This face-to-face configuration creates a shared area for conversation and travelling together. Wide centre armrests define the individual places, while a partition with a large screen separates the lounge from the driver’s compartment.

Materials and Colour Scheme

Ivory leather upholstery forms the foundation of the interior. The seats, centre armrests and much of the side panelling share this colour, bringing the cabin together as a cohesive, light space.

Perforated seat inserts feature decorative stitching in a pattern of interconnected circles. Smooth side bolsters and narrow dark piping emphasise the contours of the seats. The circular pattern continues across the door panels and lower sections of the sidewalls.

Black high-gloss surfaces create strong horizontal accents along the cabin. Polished metallic surrounds highlight the edges of the consoles, glass holders and decorative elements. Dark carpeting provides a balanced contrast to the light upholstery.

Seats and Individual Adjustments

The rear lounge seats feature adjustable backrests, extending leg supports and additional foot supports. Together, these elements allow passengers to move from an upright position to a more relaxed posture with their legs supported.

Electrical seat-shaped controls are integrated into the centre armrest. Adjacent memory buttons marked 1, 2, 3 and M allow individual settings to be stored.

Separate buttons control seat heating and ventilation, with indicators showing the selected level. Individual head restraints and three-point seat belts complete the seats.

Centre Armrests and Side Consoles

Wide armrests with softly padded upper surfaces are positioned between the seats. Integrated glass holders with chrome rings and enclosed storage compartments provide space for drinks and personal belongings.

The side consoles combine black high-gloss covers, light decorative inserts, additional cupholders and small recessed trays. Open pockets and enclosed recesses are positioned below. Lighting beneath the consoles highlights their shape and makes the lower storage areas easier to use after dark.

Folding Tables

Two folding tables provide individual surfaces for documents, a tablet or light refreshments. When stowed, they release the space between the passengers.

The light tabletops feature a framed central area and contrasting dark details along the edges. Their design continues the combination of light upholstery and black high-gloss surfaces used throughout the cabin.

Large Illuminated Ceiling

A large lighting structure with rectangular panels occupies the central ceiling area. Light-coloured crosspieces form a geometric grid, while a continuous perimeter light strip emphasises its outline.

White illumination is complemented by coloured settings, including blue and red. The choice of colour changes the atmosphere from a bright setting for conversation to a more atmospheric environment for evening travel.

Individual and Decorative Lighting

Compact pillar-mounted lights, illuminated side recesses and lighting beneath the seats supplement the main illumination. Additional ceiling lights are positioned above the side areas.

Flexible reading lamps are installed beside the rear seats. They can be directed towards a book or documents while allowing the other passengers to enjoy softer general lighting.

Curtains and Privacy

The side windows and rear window are fitted with light fabric curtains. They allow the glazing to be covered, creating a secluded setting for rest or private conversations.

When open, the curtains gather at the sides of the windows. Their colour coordinates with the headlining, pillars and upholstery.

Climate Elements

Air vents integrated along both sides of the ceiling supply air to the passenger area. A separate overhead control panel provides access to climate functions directly from the lounge.

Multimedia Area

A large screen is integrated into the partition ahead of the passenger area. Its black high-gloss surround coordinates with the decorative side surfaces, with speaker grilles positioned on either side of the screen.

An additional multimedia display is built into the side console. An analogue clock beneath the main screen adds to the partition’s distinguished appearance.

Tablet and Device Connections

An iPad is mounted on the centre console in a dedicated holder with a polished metallic surround. The tablet serves as an interface for cabin functions, including lighting settings.

A separate connection panel includes USB ports, HDMI, a 12 V socket rated at a maximum of 15 A, and a system power switch. An enclosed compartment with a soft dark lining provides storage for a PlayStation controller and its cable.

Refrigerated Compartment and Glassware

A pull-out refrigerated compartment with a light interior is integrated between the seats. Its position allows direct access from the passenger places.

KLASSEN-branded glasses sit in dedicated holders with metal rings. A separate drawer with soft lining and individual recesses provides storage for the glassware set.

Humidor and Additional Storage

A separate humidor features a wooden interior, a hinged lid and a humidifying element. Its black exterior coordinates with the cabin’s high-gloss details.

Additional pull-out drawers with dark interior lining are positioned beneath the seats. Together with the centre compartments, side pockets and enclosed recesses, they help keep personal belongings organised. Branded emblems on the seat backrests and glassware complete the individual KLASSEN interior.
