The Mercedes-Benz V-Class by KLASSEN creates a private lounge for four passengers, with individual seats arranged face to face. This layout provides a welcoming setting for conversation, shared work and relaxed travel. Light upholstery, contrasting black gloss surfaces and layered lighting give the cabin a distinguished yet comfortable atmosphere.
Interior Design and Materials
A light ivory shade defines the seats, central armrests, side panels and window surrounds. Smooth surfaces are combined with perforated inserts and carefully quilted sections. The sculpted stitching pattern on the backrests continues across the door panels and lower side trim, bringing the individual interior modules together.
Dark piping outlines the seat cushions, backrests and leg supports. Black gloss trim runs along the side consoles and frames the large screen and selected cabin modules. Metallic surrounds, handles and controls provide finishing accents, while KLASSEN emblems reinforce the bespoke character. Black carpeting with a light border completes the contrasting colour scheme.
Four Individual Comfort Seats
Two facing pairs of individual seats form the centre of the passenger compartment. Each seat features a contoured backrest, a generously padded cushion, an individual headrest and a three-point seat belt. Additional soft headrest cushions on one pair of seats provide extra support when relaxing.
Electric adjustment is operated through seat-shaped controls positioned on the central armrests. Memory buttons marked “1”, “2”, “3” and “M” allow personal seating settings to be stored. A separate row of function buttons provides further control within easy reach.
Extending leg rests with additional foot supports create a more relaxed seating position. The upholstered upper section supports the lower legs, while the extending lower panel provides a resting surface for the feet. Each passenger can adapt their seat for conversation or a quiet break during the journey.
Central Consoles and Cabin Controls
Wide central consoles with padded upper surfaces serve as shared armrests between each pair of seats. An angled touchscreen tablet with the KLASSEN interface brings together controls for the seats, lighting, multimedia and other cabin functions. Graphic menus make the settings straightforward to navigate.
An integrated wireless charging pad keeps a compatible smartphone close at hand. Its black surface and metallic surround follow the design of the central console.
The opposite console combines two cupholders with metal rings, a padded upper section and a black gloss module with a handle. An illuminated refrigerator compartment with a front-opening door is integrated into the lower section, providing direct access from the passenger seats.
Individual Folding Tables
Two folding tables integrated into the side consoles provide generous surfaces for documents, a laptop or refreshments. Their light tabletops feature a shallow recessed centre, a raised perimeter and contrasting black edges.
The tables stow away when no longer needed, freeing the space in front of the seats. This allows the cabin to move easily between a working arrangement and a more open layout for access or relaxation with the leg rests extended.
Multimedia and Audio
A large screen is integrated into the front partition of the passenger compartment. Its black gloss surround forms a balanced arrangement with speaker grilles positioned on either side. An additional folding ceiling monitor at the rear of the cabin provides entertainment for passengers seated in the opposite direction.
A separate Sony multimedia unit in the left side console features a colour display and a physical rotary control for audio operation. Beneath the large screen, an analogue clock with a dark dial and metallic surround adds a classic detail to the interior.
Illuminated Ceiling and Ambient Lighting
The large illuminated ceiling is divided into rectangular sections by light longitudinal and transverse trim. Broad light panels provide soft, evenly distributed illumination, while a continuous perimeter light outlines the ceiling design.
White and coloured lighting create different cabin moods. Additional lighting beneath the side consoles, around the seat bases and on the pillars highlights the interior contours. Local lights supplement the main illumination.
Two folding vanity mirrors are integrated flush into the ceiling modules. Each mirror has its own light above it, offering a convenient space to prepare before an appointment or arrival.
Privacy and Climate
Light fabric curtains with vertical folds cover the side windows and rear window. They allow passengers to adjust incoming daylight and screen the cabin from outside view. Their colour coordinates with the upholstery to preserve a calm, consistent interior.
A dedicated ceiling-mounted climate control panel provides a digital temperature display and fan settings. Adjustable air vents along the upper sides of the cabin allow airflow to be directed towards the passenger seats.
Storage and Practical Details
The side consoles combine cupholders and upper storage surfaces with open compartments, pockets and enclosed storage. A 12 V socket provides an additional power connection for everyday travel. Separate drawers beneath the seats beside the partition offer further space for personal belongings.
A safe integrated into a side console features a round electronic lock and a handle, providing dedicated storage for valuables. Glasses bearing the KLASSEN emblem complement the cupholders in the central and side consoles.
