Mercedes-Benz VLE KLASSEN Luxury Van: a new electric VIP vehicle designed for the U.S. market

Mercedes will also deliver the VLE in the future with a second, longer wheelbase.

In spring 2026, the VLE 300 will receive order approval. The first customers will receive it in summer 2026. From autumn 2026, the 4MATIC version will also be delivered as the VLE 400 4MATIC. Later, the VLE will also be available with a second, even longer wheelbase.

The rear overhangs will remain constant; only the wheelbase will be extended from 3.34 m to 3.52 m.

The overall length will then increase from 5.31 m to 5.48 m.

The company KLASSEN has announced plans to develop a new model — the Mercedes-Benz VLE KLASSEN Luxury Van, an exclusive VIP version of the upcoming electric van Mercedes-Benz VLE, specifically designed with the United States market in mind.

This platform provides high efficiency and supports modern fast-charging technology. The vehicle is expected to offer a driving range of up to 700 km (WLTP), a battery capacity of approximately 115 kWh, and ultra-fast charging capability of more than 300 kW.

Depending on the drivetrain configuration, power output may reach around 400 horsepower, while 4MATIC all-wheel-drive versions will ensure confident performance and comfort on various road conditions.

For the Mercedes-Benz VLE KLASSEN Luxury Van, KLASSEN will utilize the VLE Long Wheelbase version, which provides an extended wheelbase and significantly larger interior space.
