I would like to calmly and objectively explain what is really happening in Germany at the moment.
Today, not only those who have actually violated rules are coming under pressure. It primarily affects companies that have worked honestly for years, paid taxes and created jobs.
Today, another company from the automotive trade in the Stuttgart region has been affected:
Prodex Trade GmbH. @prodextrade
Searches, confiscated computers, frozen bank accounts. The pattern is always the same.
@Prodex Trade GmbH ♬ Originalton - ???????????????? ????????????????????????????
It is important to understand how this system currently works:
www.autocod.ru
You simply enter the VIN / chassis number there. If a vehicle has ever appeared in the Russian Federation — expect a “visit”.
It does not matter:
— that the car was sold to a third country,
— that it was properly cleared for export,
— that all documents are available,
— that banks and customs approved it,
— that taxes were paid in Germany.
The responsibility still lies with you.
You must prove how the vehicle got there. Through 5 hands, 10 hands, resales — nobody is interested.
The logic is:
“The vehicle has appeared — explain yourself.”
Meanwhile:
— companies are paralyzed,
— accounts are frozen,
— livelihoods are destroyed — even before a judgment.
Why must we, as citizens of Germany, be liable for third parties when everything was officially approved and legal?
I have been an entrepreneur for 25 years. If I do not understand something — explain it to me. But this does not look like law enforcement, but rather like the destruction of companies based on mere suspicion.
