Project Concept

The KLASSEN LUXURY VIP JETVAN MSE_2_1704 project is implemented as a deep production conversion of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform with the formation of a fully autonomous executive space. The base vehicle is not supplemented with individual options — it is reengineered within a unified engineering process. During the work, adaptation of the body’s load-bearing zones is carried out, load redistribution is performed, additional electrical circuits are integrated, new cable routes are laid, independent comfort systems are formed, and a closed VIP capsule is created.

The interior architecture is built on the principle of spatial separation. The driver’s compartment and the passenger area are structurally separated, while all interior elements are integrated into the load-bearing structure of the body and function as a single system. The foundation of the project is not a list of equipment, but the formation of a balanced, technologically complete mobile space at the level of a private jet.

Interior Design

Spatial structure and partitions

The front TV partition forms the boundary between the driver’s and VIP compartments. The structure is executed as a rigid module fixed at the load-bearing points of the body. A multimedia unit with a 43-inch display is integrated into it. The partition provides acoustic insulation, visual privacy, and serves as a load-bearing base for the interior elements of the entrance area, including an integrated umbrella storage module.

In the rear part of the passenger compartment, an additional TV partition with a 43-inch screen is implemented, separating the main area from the luggage space with a length of 600–800 mm. This solution allows the formation of a completed capsule without visual contact with technical zones.

Seats and seating geometry

The passenger area is organized around electric luxury seats with an extended adjustment system. The seat design provides electric adjustment of the backrest and cushion position, longitudinal movement, heating, ventilation, and massage functions. The safety units are implemented using three-point seat belts tested in accordance with TÜV requirements.

For seat installation, an individual mounting system is manufactured, integrated into the reinforced floor structure. The calculation of mounting points is performed taking into account weight distribution, center of gravity, and dynamic loads.

Seats in the third and fourth positions are additionally equipped with individually adjustable KLASSEN footrests. Seats in the fifth and sixth positions can be installed on a podium, creating a multi-level interior structure and enhancing the effect of a private space.

Under the first pair of seats, electric sliding storage modules are integrated, concealed in the lower structural zone.

The upholstery of all luxury seats and armrests is made of natural leather with precise seam geometry and coordination with the decorative interior elements.

Central modules

Between the first pair of seats, a central functional block is formed. Inside it, a refrigeration module, beverage holders, a closed storage compartment, and analog clocks are integrated. The structure is fixed at the load-bearing points of the floor and takes into account load distribution during driving.

In the rear zone between seats 5 and 6, a bar module is placed, designed for four glasses and one bottle. It integrates holders, a closed storage compartment, and an iPad tablet serving as the interior control interface. The module is executed as an independent structural element integrated into the overall interior architecture.

Ceiling system and lighting architecture

The ceiling is formed as a separate structural block with full retrimming of the pillars and central panel. The KLASSEN “Starlight Headliner” system with RGB lighting is integrated into the structure. The light lines are arranged along the longitudinal axis, forming visual depth and emphasizing the length of the cabin.

The wiring of ceiling elements is laid concealed while maintaining service access. The lighting system is integrated into the overall interior control circuit.

Floor structure and insulation

The floor is reengineered taking into account the additional weight of the modules and undergoes testing in accordance with EU standards. A multilayer sound and thermal insulation is incorporated into its structure, reducing vibration and acoustic loads.

The upper layer is formed with carpet covering with an additional carpet in the central zone. Decorative elements use wood inserts. For the VIP space, a reinforced floor covering designed for intensive use is implemented.

Side panels and function integration

The side panels are individually designed and form the geometry of the interior space. Natural leather and elements made of precious wood species are used in the finishing.

Electric tables for seats 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, illuminated decorative columns, as well as the sliding door opening mechanism are integrated into the panel structure. Electric curtains are built into the window openings and are controlled through the interior system.

All electrical infrastructure of the VIP zone is integrated into the side panels: 220V sockets, USB ports for data transmission and charging, HDMI interface, and the main switch. Additionally, a wireless charging system and beverage holders are provided.

Multimedia and control

The multimedia architecture is built around a 43-inch display and a DVB-T2 digital signal with mandatory testing in the country of operation. Power is supplied via a 12V–220V voltage converter.

The audio system includes two-way speakers in the passenger compartment and a subwoofer, forming a balanced sound field. Communication with the driver is ensured by the Intercom system.

Control of all functions is carried out via the KLASSEN Remote System using an iPad Mini and docking station. The system combines lighting, climate, multimedia, and cameras. The Quattro Split Screen function is implemented for simultaneous display of multiple sources.

Climate system

The VIP space is equipped with a cooling and heating system with a separate control panel. Air distribution is implemented through individually designed air vents. Additionally, an autonomous Webasto heater is installed, ensuring independent system operation with the engine switched off.

Driver’s area

The front compartment is designed in a unified style with the VIP space. The seats and door panels are retrimmed in leather. The steering wheel is finished in leather. The instrument panel is supplemented with elements made of precious wood species and a Soft Touch coating. Carpet covering of the driver’s area is provided.

Basic production options

The entire interior surface of the VIP space is treated with a Soft Touch coating. Within the project framework, specialized consumable materials compliant with KLASSEN standards are used. The production cycle includes full installation, fitting, and testing of all integrated systems.

Exterior Design

The exterior of the KLASSEN Sprinter is reengineered in accordance with the brand’s design concept.

The front part is transformed through the installation of an aerodynamic spoiler and an AMG-style radiator grille, forming a more expressive geometry and emphasizing the vehicle’s width. The side line is complemented by aerodynamic body kits visually lengthening the body and integrated into the overall color concept.

The rear part is equipped with an AMG-style spoiler forming a completed silhouette. A ski box can be installed on the roof, coordinated with the overall vehicle architecture.

The wheel group is complemented by chrome hubcaps. In the lower body area, an electric retractable side step synchronized with the door mechanism is integrated.

The body is painted in a two-tone scheme: the lower part in shade B7-593-30, the upper part in B8-634-50. The dividing line is integrated into the body geometry and emphasizes the elongated silhouette of the Sprinter.
